(OTTAWA – Sept. 25, 2017) wintranslation is proud to be among the prestigious list of sponsors of the Language Industry Association’s (AILIA) 2017 annual general meeting on Friday, September 29 in Ottawa, ON.

“The value of bringing together so many of Canada’s language firms each year is immeasurable,” says Huiping Zhang, President of wintranslation. “Leveraging professional associations and implementing industry best practices for managing quality for nearly 20 years has been crucial in shaping wintranslation’s strength in managing virtual translation teams in over 100 languages.”

Mr Déry will share the Bureau’s modernized vision and current initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with the language industry.

“Canada is such an ethnically diverse country, with 196 languages were reported as being spoken in according to the 2011 census. There are 60 indigenous languages alone in Canada and wintranslation is proud to support 40 of those.” Zhang emphasizes. “We are proud of the role we play in bridging the language and culture barriers of different communities, bringing in much needed health, economic development information into communities in their own languages.
