We are currently seeking a bilingual (French-English) project manager to join our team. If you are a very organized person, not afraid of challenges, able to work with minimal outside interference and you value innovation and effectiveness – you are clearly the person for us.

Job description:

  • Manage French related projects from beginning to the end
  • Responsible for all aspects of the projects managed, including project planning, quality, scheduling, booking resources
  • Develop/recruit and train more Canadian French resources with better rates, both interns and freelancers
  • Evaluate intern performance and provide progress reports/end of internship report
  • Monitor freelance translator rates and projects margin
  • Monitor Canadian French translation quality
  • Look into new ways/technologies/resources to save time and money (e.g.: find ways to improve and increase the use of TMs, MT, dictionaries)
  • Responsible for French related sales material and portfolio
  • English into French translation when necessary


  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in translation industry as a project manager or translator
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • A strong desire to learn new tools, processes and concepts
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as required
