Comma as decimal separator
Most countries in Europe will use comma as a decimal separator and a space or a point as a thousands separator.
E.g.:
France, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, etc: 999 999,00
French Canada: 999 999,00
Germany, Belgium, Italy, Romania, etc: 999 999,00 or 999.999,00
Netherlands: a dot is used as thousand separator for currencies (EUR 999.999,00) and a space for any other numbers
