Quality Process
Translation
quality and our reputation is our lifeline and ensuring our
clients receive their projects on time and with good quality
is our number concern.
During our initial project launch meeting, we review the project
thoroughly and identify challenges that may rise during the
translation process. We then have discussions on how to address
the challenges, whether them being technical or logistical in
nature. That information is passed on to all the final members
of the project team. If it is a lengthy project, several mile
stones are set up to ensure that we delivery on time.
As the project progresses to different stage of production,
multiple quality checkpoints are in place to catch mistakes
early. At least four rounds of quality check are done before
the translation production is complete. At client's request,
we can also assign additional reviewers and subject area specialists
to the project. Additional services such as back translation
can be performed upon request as well.
