We are looking for good translators and foreign language typesetters on an ongoing basis. Sometimes we recruit translators in specific language pairs on behalf of our clients.

If you work with language pairs that are not on the current openings list but would still like to register with us, read the information below:

Freelance translator requirements:

• Native speaker of the language that you translate into

• Skilled in a translation memory application such as Trados or Déjà vu

• Competitive rates

You might be required to pass our test in order to qualify as a vendor.

How to apply for a freelance position:

2. Make sure you have the following information in the subject line of the email: main language pairs, specialty, rate.
   E.g. English>French, technical, $0.xx/word

Typesetter requirements:

• At least two years of professional typesetting experience (not translation). Translation and typesetting are two very different skill sets - only apply as typesetters if you are a professional.

• Have QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. You need to pass our typesetting test in order to qualify as a vendor.
