wintranslation is an award-winning translation company that is currently looking for a translation intern to work with our reviser and project manager. This position offers an abundance of learning opportunities, from how to use translation tools, such as memoQ, to translation and glossary building. You will receive frequent and constructive feedback from the reviser so that you can perfect your skills as a translator. You will also learn project scheduling and client relations. Past interns have gained valuable experience and solid work references to move on to gainful employment as a professional translator. The intern can work from home and does not need to come to our Ottawa office.

The ideal candidate will have completed a translation degree and located in Canada. You are curious, eager to learn new skills, and remain open and flexible. You have strong technical aptitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
This internship is for six months and pays CAD $1000 a month. After six months, the contract may be renewed with a raise and an incentive for increased productivity.
